Logistics ERP for distribution
A system running orders, warehouse, transport and production for a distribution company — with daily SAP imports and reports that open in a second.

A distribution company was running operations through a mix of SAP exports, Excel sheets and manual re-typing. Orders, warehouse stock and transport orders lived in separate files — and management reports were assembled by hand, for hours.
The problem
The real challenge was not "build an app" but reconciling data from several sources without losing accuracy. The daily SAP export (VA05) holds over a million rows; some match existing orders, some are changes, some are duplicates.
The solution
- An import pipeline that parses, deduplicates and matches rows to existing orders — with validation and a clear report on every run.
- Precomputed sums and indexes so reports that used to take minutes now open in under a second.
- Warehouse, transport and production modules wired into one flow, with history and role-based access.
The outcome
Manual re-typing is gone, reports are instant, and data stays consistent across the whole system. It has been in daily production for years and keeps growing with new modules.
