Who we are
This site is operated by PGtech, a software development studio based in Belgrade, Serbia. For any question about your data, write to office@pgtech.rs.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, optionally company and project type, and the message you write.
- Free-audit form: the website address you enter and your email.
- Analytics: anonymous usage data (pages visited, device, approximate location) via Google Analytics.
- Server logs: standard technical logs (IP address, browser) kept briefly for security.
Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry, to prepare the audit you asked for, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Cookies
The only cookies we set are from Google Analytics, used to measure traffic. They do not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without breaking the site.
Who sees it
Your inquiry is read by our team. Analytics data is processed by Google as our provider. We do not share your details with anyone else, and we never sell them.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, for the duration of that relationship. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Just email office@pgtech.rs and we will act within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
