Addax had a store and an ERP that didn't talk to each other — stock was re-typed by hand, and availability errors were a daily occurrence.
What we did
We connected WooCommerce to the ERP through a secure API layer: stock and prices are pulled automatically, and orders are pushed back into the ERP for processing. Customers always see accurate availability, and the team stops wasting time re-typing.
The outcome
No more mismatches between the site and the warehouse, and order processing is faster and more reliable.
